Before starting the online submission for the application, ensure the following documents are available for uploading as and when required:

Local citizens

1. A sworn affidavit incase of difference in names on the submitted documents
2. Copies of all required Certificates duly signed and stamped by an Advocate and Commissioner for oaths
3. A declaration form signed and stamped by an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths (for Kenyan citizens), or an Advocate and Notary Public (for foreigners).
4. National Identity Card (ID) or a valid Passport duly signed and stamped by an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths( for Kenyan Citizens)
5. Academic Transcripts that have been signed and stamped by an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths to support the Certificates.

Foreign citizens

1. A sworn affidavit incase of difference in names on the submitted documents
2. Notarized copies of ALL required Certificates.
3. A declaration form signed and stamped by an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths (for Kenyan citizens), or an Advocate and Notary Public (for foreigners).
4. Notarized copy of a valid Passport, Work Permit/Visa and Letter of invitation for interview or employment offer for foreigners intending to work in organizations based in Kenya
5. Notarized copy of a valid Passport, Work Permit/Visa and Letter of Provisional Admission/Intent into Kenyan Universities for foreigners intending to pursue further studies in Kenyan Universities
6. Notarized copies of Academic Transcripts to support the Certificates.
