Is a formal acknowledgement by a competent authority of the validity of a foreign qualification with a view to access educational or employment opportunities.
All copies of certificates and academic transcripts presented as proof of attainment of entry requirements for a particular qualification must be certified by an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths (Kenyan Citizens), an Advocate and Notary Public (For Foreigners) or by the issuing university/institution.
Recognition and equation of qualifications is a paid for service. Refer to parts XII and XIII the Standards and Guidelines on Recognition and Equation of Qualifications
